In-house postal services

Have your print jobs delivered to us free of charge an we will store them for you until you collect them.

Design, printing and advertising

You'll find terminals to validate your ETH card at all our three locations.

Ask us for information about on-site parking facilities, and purchase the parking cards you need for them.

As well as being available to answer questions by telephone, our staff will cover for you on the phone when you are absent. Afterwards, you will receive information about your incoming calls via email.

We welcome visitors directly at our reception desk located in the entrance hall of the main building (HG).

Here, you can get guidance, information materials and orientation plans. You can also validate your ETH card here, and arrange the ticket sale for events.

Please note: all our other services are only available at our two main locations:

Additional services at the Centre (HG) location

Issue of the cards:
Master's and exchange students can pick up their card in person at the 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 Info Reception HG E 30.6 (Opening hours: 8:00 – 17:00 h).
All other cards will be sent by post.
Replacement cards:
As before, these can either be ordered via the webshop or obtained directly from the 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 Info Desk HG D 34.1 in exchange for an ID card (Opening hours: 7:30 – 16:00 h).
A replacement card will be issued for a fee of CHF 25.00. The replaced card is no longer active and should be destroyed immediately if found again. In the event of a technical defect, the card will be replaced free of charge by the issuing office.
