2. Mobility-Online applicationRegistration with Human Resources
The Reception Service sends information about the registration of postdoc scholars to the administrative assistance of your supervisor and / or Human Resources. However, you are responsible for contacting your research group and registering correctly with Human Resources after accepting the FCS scholarship. This registration process is in addition to the registration via Mobility-Online.
Deadline 30 June: By this date you must submit all documents for the registration in particular your Doctoral degree certificate. This deadline is non-negotiable to ensure that you are correctly registered by the scholarship start date of 1 September.
Should you not be able to meet this deadline, you must inform the Reception Service immediately. Your scholarship might be re-evaluated in that case.
If you conduct your project at a research institute
- You will need to register twice: once with the Reception Service and once with Human Resources of your research institute.
- Your research institute will contact you and ask you to register with them.
