Jonas Nakonz is an external ombudsperson. He works as an FSM-certified external page mediator, facilitator, coach and trainer. He studied at CIS ETH Zurich and completed his mediation training at Inmedio Berlin. His professional experience ranges from research and social work to leadership positions in start-ups and a foreign policy think tank. He has over seven years of intercultural experience in China, Russia and the Philippines.
