Head of Office for Faculty Affairs
Dr. Larissa Schefer is leading the Office for Faculty Affairs. She is in charge of the appointment procedures for the department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering, of Earth and Planetary Sciences, and of Management, Technology and Economics.
Financial Planning and Budget Coordination
The team is responsible for strategic projects concerning the planning of professorships, for coordinating the annual planning, the approval process of professorships and departmental budgeting, as well as for ensuring and further developing the interfaces to the various resource processes (finance, infrastructure) together with colleagues from the Executive Board divisions involved. In addition, the team is in charge of the reallocation of the professorship's resources in connection with the retirement.
Katharina Hagenauer is the deputy head of the Office for Faculty Affairs and the contact person for the department of Architecture, of Biosystems Science and Engineering, of Health Sciences and Technology, of Mathematics, and of Mechanical and Process Enginering.
Daniel Halter is the contact person for the department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering, of Environmental Systems Science, of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, and of Physics.
Sonja Schl?pfer is the contact person for the department of Biology, of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences, of Computer Science, of Earth and Planetary Sciences, of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences, of Materials, and of Management, Technology and Economics.
Appointment Procedures
Dr. Andreas Heinle is in charge of the appointment procedures for the department of Architecture, of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences, of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, of Materials, and of Mechanical and Process Engineering.
Dr. Munjong Kolss is in charge of the appointment procedures for the department of Biosystems Science and Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. In addition, he is one of the contact persons regarding tenure procedures and the assistant professorship system at ETH Zurich in general.
Dr. Véronique Planchamp is in charge of the appointment procedures for the department of Biology, of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences, of Environmental Systems Science, and of Health Sciences and Technology. In addition, she is one of the contact persons regarding tenure procedures and the assistant professorship system at ETH Zurich in general.
Coordination/Support
Susanne Schuler is leading the coordination team and responsible for coordinating and planning the recruitment process of professors for the departments D-?ARCH, D-?BIOL, D-?BSSE, D-?CHAB, D-?EAPS, and D-?MTEC.
Annina Haller is responsible for coordinating and planning the recruitment process of professors for the departments D-?BAUG, D-BIOL, D-?GESS, D-?ITET, D-?MATL, D-?MAVT, and D-?PHYS.
Alexander Holzach is responsible for coordinating and planning the recruitment process of professors for the departments D-?HEST, D-INFK, D-MATH, and D-?USYS. In addition, he supports the coordination of all processes with respect to assistant professors.
