You will ? know the agile frameworks Scrum and Kanban. ? learn to assess when and why which agile methods are useful for your research project. ? plan and manage your (doctoral) research project in an agile way ? apply agile methods in your research project, thus minimizing risks and constantly adapting your work to gained knowledge. ? learn how to focus and stay on track with your research project.
