Opening SAP projects/PSP elements

For contracts for (research) projects or services of CHF 10,000 or more, you need a separate SAP project with a WBS element. You can apply for this online in ETHIS: Finances > Applications & Forms > Manage SAP projects and WBS elements. The relevant documents must be submitted for the opening (contract, budget planning, letter of approval, etc.), which are archived in the ETHIS eDossier, among other things as proof of written form in accordance with Art. 122 of the Financial Regulations.

The Finance Desk opens the required financial elements and is your point of contact.
