The Event Management team plans and organises events for ETH Zurich, and also actively advises and supports internal and external event organisers in connection with the implementation of events with a link to ETH.

Our services
We advise and support all ETH staff and students in connection with the following subjects:
Definition of event objective/message, target group, format, rough itinerary and location.
Convention applications

Branding, design specifications, signage, production of printed event materials and marketing opportunities.
Customised guest registration.
Suitable technical equipment and support from technology experts.
Setting up and tearing down the event setting, furniture, keys, security requirements and cleaning.

Book a registration desk:
Registration desks for your event in the main building (entrance hall or Audimax foyer) or on the campus (HPH foyer).
Catering services ranging from coffee breaks and standing lunches to gala dinners.
Planning, booking and briefing student helpers to provide assistance during your event.
Supporting programme, photography, music, decoration, etc.
