Expertise in infrastructure: the Large Hadron Collider at CERN

Modern research often depends on technological infrastructure. ETH Zurich's technology platforms live up to the highest standards, boosting efficiency and interdisciplinary collaboration.

At the national level, the external page Swiss Roadmap for Research Infrastructures serves as a strategic planning and coordination tool for the establishment of new infrastructures. The external page ESFRI Roadmap, the European counterpart to the Swiss Roadmap, also provides an overview of Swiss participation in international research infrastructures.

The procurement of scientific devices is supported by ETH's Scientific Equipment Program. The administrative department Research Initiatives and Infrastructures also supports in matters relating to infrastructure use and deinventarisation.

If you are looking for support in dealing with research data, check out the Scientific IT Services and the ETH Library's Research Data Management and Digital Curation team.
