Infrastructure use

If external parties (e.g. a company) wish to use an ETH Zurich infrastructure for their own purposes for a limited period of time, this is regulated in an infrastructure use agreement.

Usage fees are charged. The costs are determined using the cost template provided by the Research Initiatives and Infrastructures administrative department.

Furthermore, external users must have a liability insurance.

ETH Zurich researchers may contact the Research Initiatives and Infrastructures administrative department if they have any questions regarding the use of an infrastructure (e.g. for general questions, templates of the agreement or the cost calculation, etc.). If required, the Research Contract Group will be consulted.
