Application
Scientifica 26 will take place from Saturday, 22 August to Sunday, 30 August at various locations. Please submit your project idea for the individual formats regardless of the location.
Submit an entry for each format
Please submit your project idea by Saturday, 31 January 2026. There is a separate form for each format. If you wish to participate in multiple formats, please indicate on each proposal which other formats you are submitting a proposal for. This information is essential for programming.

However, you are also welcome to surprise us with your own unique idea.
Selection in case of many submissions
The Scientifica project team looks forward to receiving many good ideas and submissions. As space and time are limited, we reserve the right to make a selection if we receive a large number of submissions. All applications will receive a response by March 2026.
