In a profession that undergoes continual self-reinvention, how do you navigate its evolution? Artificial intelligence presents significant opportunities, yet it also raises many questions. The AI Compass is a strategic guide that empowers employees and managers to discover, evaluate, and integrate AI capabilities into their professional activities. By fostering AI literacy, the program enables participants to reshape work techniques and processes in an active and responsible manner.

Replacing the previous "AI Upskilling" program, the "AI Compass" shifts the focus decisively toward active application and critical questioning.

Lunch events with subject matter experts

Experts from ETH Zurich, together with other specialists, will impart the competencies required for the secure utilization of prevalent AI tools, addressing topics that range from effective prompting to ethical considerations and regulatory practices, while delivering valuable insights.

These lunchtime events will be conducted via Zoom from October 2025 to March 2026. To participate, registration is required.

Self-learning programme on SharePoint

Furthermore, SharePoint provides several external page self-learning resources, thereby empowering employees who wish to deepen their knowledge of artificial intelligence, such as:

  • practical workshop templates on the use of AI;
  • important information on data security;
  • (and) learning more about units and videos on prompt structure, and application examples.
