Servix to be replaced by new order portal in mid-2027
The existing service platform for event management and services provided by the 365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 Services department needs to be replaced for technical reasons.?A new, future-proof order portal based on the Microsoft PowerPlatform will be launched by mid-2027.
Prior to the transition from Servix to the new order portal, the internal business processes of the departments will be thoroughly reviewed and optimised in order to reduce processing times and improve user-friendliness.
Current status
A complete requirements analysis was finalised in December 2025 and validated in a prototype. The project will enter the implementation phase in the coming weeks.
Project website launched
The newly launched project website now provides all key information on the project progress and milestoanes. Anyone who would like to follow the progress regularly can also subscribe to a mailing list via the website and receive updates directly by email.
