The Facility Services department has overall responsibility for utilities and technical and infrastructural building management for all buildings and facilities used by ETH Zurich. It carries out these activities using its own resources or by calling on external service providers. View our range of services here.

The Security Building Management section is divided into the Emergency Desk (AZ) and the Uniformed Security Service (SD). The Emergency Desk is the point of contact for all incidents in personal, building and infrastructure protection. The Uniformed Security Service is responsible for checking the security installations in the buildings and for initial intervention in the event of an incident.
