Goals	Raising awareness of leadership expectations in academic self-governance Recognizing the limits of the leadership role in academic self-governance Develop strategies for dealing with leadership challenges in academic self-governance Peer exchange with other professors who are already active in academic self-governance or are interested in such a role.
Target Group	ETH professors with additional responsibilities in academic self-governance (e.g. heads of departments, deputy heads of departments, directors of studies, heads of institutes, chairpersons of competence centres or commissions) ETH professors who are interested in a role in academic self-governance.
