We can assist you in the technical aspects of event planning and implementation. Whether your event be in-person, virtual or hybrid, our expertise will ensure things run smoothly.
What we offer
Event technology at ETH Zurich is coordinated by the IT Services (ITS) department. The Multimedia Technologies (MMT) and Multimedia Production (MMP) groups manage the multimedia infrastructure and deliver the related services.
The Technical Managers for Events (TME) in the MMP group advise clients on event technology and coordinate the staff and technical resources required.
The MMT group does not provide on-site support for events. It operates and monitors the audio-visual (AV) technology in the lecture theatres and runs an AV equipment rental service at the Zentrum and H?nggerberg campuses.
