Anonymous notices
Have you experienced or witnessed inappropriate behaviour? If so, please submit a notice to ETH Zurich.
Violations of the Code of Conduct
Sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying are not tolerated at ETH Zurich. If you have experienced or witnessed an ETH member engaging in these behaviours and do not wish to contact any of the advisory and counselling services, you can submit an anonymous notice through the whistleblowing system.
Please note:
- The person in question must be a member of the ETH community.
- Describe what happened truthfully. Do not make accusations against anyone against your better judgment.
- You will not receive any feedback re: possible measures against the person in question.
What happens after submitting a notice
- You will receive a link and a code for the external platform. Please download the access credentials and keep them in a safe place.
- Your notice will be checked by an interdisciplinary group at ETH Zurich. They will then determine the procedure for handling the notice.
- The group will contact you via the platform if there are any follow-up questions about your notice.
- We therefore recommend that you log in to the platform regularly and check your inbox. Your responses can help us effectively follow up on your initial notice.

Anonymous feedback for organisational development (without submitting a case)
We invite you to help us understand how ETH members perceive inappropriate behaviour (harassment, discrimination, bullying) or conflicts in the workplace at our university.
Please note: Information submitted via the form below will not trigger a process to resolve any conflicts or inappropriate behaviour that has been witnessed/experienced. Information on possible courses of action can be found at the following page: Support when faced with inappropriate behaviour or conflict.
We will regularly evaluate the information we receive. In addition to the results from staff surveys and other evaluations and questionnaires, your feedback will help us decide how to further develop and strengthen a values-based culture of cooperation at ETH Zurich.
