Work and communicate with others

Conflicts are an often unwanted part of social interactions. Get some background knowledge on conflict and conflict management, reflect on your personal conflict style and develop the skills needed to respond constructively and proactively to avoid escalation.

In this interactive workshop that involves body and mind, you will:

  • Better understand conflict and escalation patterns
  • Sense your reaction to conflict
  • Change perspective and see "both sides"
  • Know and stand up for your own needs
  • Practice deescalating communication patterns.

Prerequisits: This is an interactive workshop which requires your active participation.
