What happens during a systematic clarification?
After you have contacted us, we will arrange a confidential preliminary meeting with you. We will discuss:
- What has happened? What is your situation?
- Which parties are involved?
- What would you like to achieve with the systematic clarification?

We choose a suitable approach tailored to your case and your concerns. This can include different measures such as moderation, mediation, coaching or team development.
We will lead the clarification process.
The systematic clarification is concluded by a written agreement between the individuals involved or with a recommendation on the further procedure or measures to the responsible supervisor or responsible body (e.g. Prorector for Doctoral Studies).
