Explore Your Career Formula: A Two-Day Industry-Focused Seminar Join us for an immersive two-day workshop designed to help you define your personal career formula, with a special emphasis on careers in industry. Together, we’ll explore key questions that shape your professional journey
Content	What is my personality type and how does this influence my career decisions? What values matter most to me, and why does this matter for my career planning? What are my core transferable skills, and how can I communicate them effectively? Why can career decision-making feel so challenging?
Methods	Through a dynamic mix of self-reflection, peer dialogue, group exercises, and expert coaching, you’ll gain deeper insight into your strengths, values, and personality style. You’ll work closely with professional trainers and fellow participants to uncover what drives you—and how to use that knowledge to make informed career choices. Please note: This workshop encourages open-mindedness and active participation. A willingness to share and reflect is essential to benefit fully from the experience.
