During this 90 minute session, ETH postdocs will have the opportunity to discuss themes and challenges related to early research leadership with their peers. Prior to the session, participants will be provided with material to read and reflect upon, which will serve as the basis for the group discussions. Themes include: ? Choosing and working with a mentor ? Personal objectives for mentors and mentees ? Skills for serving as a mentor ? When to use mentoring vs. coaching when supervising Pre-Work: 20 minute e-learning provided prior to the session. |
