Description	Professors at ETH work with feedback every day while teaching and leading research teams. In this session, Dr. Silke Mischke (Senior Leadership Advisor and lecturer at IMD) will engage in discussion with ETH professors, exploring ways in which faculty can leverage feedback (e.g. in the context of ETH Dialog Talks, the Leadership Feedback Process (LFP), annual status conversation with doctoral students) to strengthen leadership skills and support team performance

Guest Speaker	Dr. Silke Mischke is the co-program director of the IMD IECC program and the leadership lecturer for the EPFL/IMD E4S program in sustainability management. She works as a senior leadership adviser, lecturer and holds a doctorate in business administration and a master's degree in Cognitive Psychology.
