The logo represents the ETH Zurich brand
 
                
                
                When using the ETH logo, the logo guidelines must be respected. Passing on the logo to partners and sponsors must be approved by Corporate Communications. 
 
 
			Design basics
The ETH logo is to be used black on white whenever possible. The white logo can also be used on black or coloured backgrounds. Please ensure sufficient contrast to the background (accessibility).
On communication materials of ETH Zurich, the logo is placed at the top left. In our templates the logo is already integrated.
 
 
Minimum spacing around the logo
 
                
                
                A protective space must be maintained between our logo and all other graphic elements, and between the format border. This minimum clearance is equal to the height of the ETH acronym (letter E) around all four sides.
 
 
			The logo must not be modified
 
			
			      No additions
			   
			
			      No compression, stretching, distortion
			   
			
			      No shadows, gradients or other effects
			   
			
			      No tilting
			   
			
			      No combinations with the ETH acronym or logo
			   
			
			      Do not colour
			   
			
			      Do not display vertically
