At ETH Diversity, we advise students, employees and groups at ETH Zurich on equality, diversity, and specific advancement measures. In our consulting work, we focus on knowledge transfer, including communication and networking.
Please note that we do not provide individual advice on topics such as career advancement or conflicts, or for specific situations. For individual advice, we refer you to the counselling centres: Consulting, help and support.
Communicate inclusively?
We support ETH members in making their communication – from websites to forms – inclusive, understandable and respectful in words and images.
DEI Inputs
We offer tailor-made workshops and inputs on various diversity topics. In addition, we are happy to support you in finding external speakers who provide valuable perspectives and expertise on various aspects of diversity.
Initiatives and Networking
We advise and connect ETH members, and support cross-university initiatives that promote equality and diversity at universities.
Inclusive Events
In addition to our checklist for diversity-sensitive events, we can advise event organizers individually.
