Multi-Generational Teams
People of many age groups work and study at ETH. A good age mix in teams strengthens creativity, innovation and long-term cooperation. Different experiences and perspectives complement each other and promote sustainable solutions.
For Children and School Kids
Encouraging children, and girls especially, to persue an interest in STEM subjects begins at a young age. ETH Zurich offers a number of opportunities and programs for children. These includes holiday activities for children, as well as classroom-oriented projects.

Retirement
The normal retirement age in Switzerland is 65. Early retirment may also be possible, more information can be found on the Leaving ETH Zurich page, as well other helpful information regarding retirement.
ETH Zurich offers you the opportunity to take part in a course (German) specifically designed to help you prepare for your retirement.
The Retirees’ Association of ETH Zurich (German) (Vereinigung der Pensionierten der ETH Zürich ) welcomes new members, and you can also join after your retirement.
